回忆就如一条七彩的缎带，一直牵动着我们的思绪，与第一位教官的回忆不知不觉浮上了我们的心头。初次见到他时，感觉他身材高大，有182cm那么高吧，他很爽朗，很爱笑，而且是很腼腆地笑，可以说是一位很帅的教官，我们都叫他刘教官。他先开始教我们一些很基本的动作，有站军姿啊，有原地踏步啊，有踏步走啊，在教了每个动作之后，他都有亲自到我们面前来指导我们，并帮助我们纠正自己不对的姿势，每天他都有当天必须完成的任务，所以他在军训中总是抱着一种很认真的态度，常常可以看见他摘下帽子后满头大汗的样子;在15分钟的休息时间中，他会很体贴地带我们到阴凉之处休息，而且热情地与我们班的同学交谈。最另我们兴奋的是，偶尔会有几个教官上前来找我们斗拉歌，我们教官就想出了几个主意，其中有一个就是他每说一句话，我们就快速地连拍几下，有的RAP的感觉，使得别班和他们的教官“落荒而逃”， 从中我们也可以体会到当兵生涯中的苦和乐，虽然军旅生活是苦的，但是这些当兵的却能通过拉歌这种方式来获得乐趣，从而抚慰他们的思乡思亲之 情，这种乐观之情，确是他们所特有的。
七彩缎带飘啊飘啊，落在了潮汕的大地上，风一吹，它便旋转起来，这大地便是我们第二位教官的故乡。他个子不高，有170cm左右，乍一看他，觉得他有点像像一位叫张栋梁的明星的。一开始，我们真有点担心自己的命运的，觉得他会对我们很严格的，相反地，他很单纯，也很流行，表现在他特爱唱流行歌，什么林宥嘉的说谎，什么孤单北半球，什么小薇啊，他都能通通唱个劲，他还爱拉我们班的同学上前去唱歌，让我们在一片欢声笑语中度过了他陪伴我们的几天时间;在训练过程中他总是用一种鼓励的方式来教导我们，比如我们一个动作做得不到位，他不会直接批评我们，而是先夸奖我们做得不错，有进步的空间，使我们信心大增。可他在陪伴我们几天之后，就回到他的部队中去了。
军训余下的5、6天时间里，我们所在的营的各个班组成了方阵队，男的组成一个方阵队，女的组成一个方阵队，而我们也借着这个机会认识了其他的2位教官，一位是“魔鬼教官”，另一位是“小顺教官”，听到他们的名字就可以知道他们是属于什么类型的教官了，可是他们依然给我们带来了很多的乐趣，。虽然魔鬼教官表面上很严格，在每次训练得不到他满意的程度时，他的语气会变得很强硬，但我们与他接触弘扬，会越来越发现，他其实是很柔和，他所做的一切都是为了尽到自己的责任而已，记得在军训结束的那一天，他说得一番话，很感染我们，他说，“我有什么得罪你们的，你们可不要怪罪我哦，我要谢谢大家这么多天籁配合我们的军训工作。”而小顺教官呢，人如其名，老实顺从，挺受女生的欢迎，记得我们有一次让他唱一首歌，没想到他真唱了一首“小弹壳”，唱得还可以的。
时光飞逝，军训的日子一去不复返，取而代之的是我们每个人繁忙的学习生活和社团生活，当日子已被烦恼冲昏了头脑时，我们不知不觉会仰望星空，寻找那一颗标记为我们军训纪念册的星星，看它，越发闪亮，成为我们班每个人的人生中的一笔宝贵的财富。

一 坚持大学四年英语学习不间断。
大一开始，培养每天学习英语的习惯，保持英语学习常态化。一方面为四六级的顺利通过打好基础，另方面为大二大三英语专业教材的学习做好准备，甚至为将来考研时英语的复习减轻负担。
二 给自己的大学英语学习制定一个长期的计划。
如一个学期必须借阅两到三本英文读物、每周背60个单词、读书笔记每周1500词等。
我的经验：四六级尽量早考过。而且给自己定个目标，四级550分以上，六级500分以上，而不是简单求过!
注：英语的学习是一个长期坚持的过程，是一个量变到质变的过程。坚定信念，持之以恒,日积月累就一定能取得好的效果。一步一个脚印踏踏实实走过来，一定能够体会到英文语言的巨大魅力。
三、培养学习英语的兴趣。
兴趣是最好的老师。可从以下几方面入手：
1、到图书馆借阅英文书刊(从自己感兴趣的题材类型入手)，进行广泛阅读，从阅读中培养兴趣。
2、充分利用开设的口语课和英语角，体会用英语同他人交流的乐趣。

词汇是英语学习的基础。只有具备了一定的词汇量才能进行外语的听、说、读、写、译训练。阅读是英语学习的核心，也是我们学习英语最主要的目的。各种类型英语考试，阅读占比重最大!词汇和阅读相辅相成，不能把二者割裂。
一 词汇记忆方法：
1 依照词汇书，反复记忆(根本的方法)，但不提倡从a字母往后挨着看，建议跳跃着记忆。

二 提高阅读能力的方法
1 对于教材，比如《大学体验英语》、《新概念》,坚持进行精读训练。里面的文章专门设置了四六级重要的单词,一些句式、语法和段落结构安排也很经典，对一些经典的文章应该熟读甚至背诵。
2 .进行泛读，扩大阅读量。
我的经验： a泛读时主要体会文章的主要意思，不要总是局限在个别词或者词组的层面上。 读完一个句子要提主干，读完一篇文章要抓中心。b 难度从低到高。刚开始到图书馆借阅难度与自己相适应的书，最好是篇幅较短的故事书，否则容易受打击!
3. 提高听力方法。
精听最好是选用教学录音。精听应先把录音内容从头至尾听一遍，再把听不懂的地方一遍又一遍地反复听。若有些地方实在听不懂，也应尽量听清各个音节，然后再翻开书看一看，。接着再合上书从头至尾听，直到能够听懂全部内容为止。通过这样的听力训练，可促使自己提高辨音及听力理解能力。如果读过书面材料再去听录音，往往就是耳朵在辨音，而是大脑在思索、背诵，如果看着书面材料听，则往往是自己的默读，这样达不到提高听力的目的，遇到新材料的时候就又会听不懂。
4 写作
主要针对四六级谈下我的经验，四六级包括考研作文有其固定的模式可循，一般稍加训练都能熟悉。主要还是平时要加强对美文和优秀作文的背诵，在考场上能写出好的句子。
我的经验：
①考四级的时候可以按六级的作文水平要求自己，背诵六级水平的作文，相应考六级的时候按考研的作文水平要求自己。
②关注一下考研作文里的长难句和复杂句式，会使作文分数收到意想不到的效果。
以上只是自己在大学期间学习英语的点滴体会。各人有各人的经验，尽管我的经验不一定适用于你，你的经验也不一定适用于我，但可以相互启发，取长补短，用不同的方法来达到相同的目的。
英语学习没有太大的诀窍，我认为其关键就一个字：勤。
