我叫，现年岁。年，他被分配到两个综合小组工作。到至今共参与配合研发放大和本车间所生产品种30多种，由于产品多，我在这里不介绍了。

综合团队以小产品为主，一年生产20多种产品，基本每天生产两种产品，每天工作不一样。我深知综合班组班长的工作不是轻而易路举的，假如我能在此次竞聘中脱頴而出走上班长岗位，我必须全力以赴，理清思路，找准工作的切入点和着力点。在领导和同事们的支持下，努力工作，开拓进取，大胆创新，紧紧围绕公司的中心工作，不断提高班组的产品品质，为悟通事业的发展做出积极贡献。
因此，我打算从以下几个主要方面着手：
一、安全。安全是一个车间的重中之重。必须高度重视安全生产，避免给公司造成不必要的损失。所以必须定期给员工灌输安全生产的理念，做到“三不伤害”，而后时常检查员工是否佩戴劳保用品等。
