面试时自我介绍的注意事项
（1）应试者应充分利用各种个人资源。面带微笑、目光交流、坐姿端正等表情、身体语言外，请以沉稳平静的声音、以中等语速、以清晰的吐字发音、以开朗响亮的声调给考官以愉悦的听觉享受，声音小而模糊、吞吞吐吐的人，一定是胆怯、紧张、不自信和缺乏活力与感染力的。
（2）情绪也是一个需要控制的重要方面。情绪，做为个人的重要素养，如果在自我介绍中起伏波动，就会产生负面影响。例如在介绍自己的基本情况时面无表情、语调生硬；在谈及自己的优点时眉飞色舞。兴奋不已；而在谈论自己的缺点时又无精打采、萎糜不振。
（3）有的应试者谈及自己的兴趣爱好时，说自己喜欢唱歌，便自做主张，一展歌喉，在面试考场上为考官们唱它一曲，直到被考官客气地打断后，才反应过来行为有些出格。
（4）有的应试者描述自己喜欢这样、爱好那样，如：文学、艺术、旅游、摄影等等，由此考官进一步询问其拍摄过什么作品，这位考生的回答却是她喜欢别人给她拍照，还说家里的几本影集都已经满了。
（5）不要介绍的过分详细，许多的求职者为了能让面试官全面地了解自己，不遗余力地把有关自己的情况和盘托出，岂不知，这样一来不但增加了介绍的时间，也给面试官一种夸夸其谈或者是罗里啰嗦的印象。只要招聘单位在招聘启事上对应聘人员的身高、体重、血型有要求的话，通常这三项也没必要特别说明。特别是在一些高端企业，对应聘者的身高、体重以及血型，不会计较的，他们注重的是一个人的能力，除非特殊行业，通常情况之下，身高、体重、学习与能力没有关系。
（6）有的应试者表示将来踏上工作岗位，将“一定要??“绝对??诸如此类的保证，似乎在做就职演讲。
这些例子很多画蛇添足似的自我介绍不但不会为你的形象增添色彩，会“越抹越黑”。
